Personal information such as name, contact details, project requirements, drawings, images, and correspondence may be collected solely for the purpose of providing design consultancy services. Zuhouz does not sell, trade, or commercially exploit user data.
Information may be shared only with internal team members, independent design consultants, or service partners strictly for delivering design services. All data is handled in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.
Zuhouz operates strictly as a design consultancy platform. Zuhouz does not sell furniture, materials, décor items, or products of any kind, nor does it act as a contractor, builder, supplier, or execution agency.
All drawings, layouts, visualisations, specifications, and design recommendations provided by Zuhouz are conceptual and advisory in nature. Actual execution, procurement, pricing, timelines, and quality are subject to third-party vendors, contractors, site conditions, and client-appointed agencies.
Zuhouz shall not be liable for execution errors, cost variations, delays, defects, safety incidents, or losses arising from implementation of the designs.
Once a design engagement has been confirmed, or a designer has been appointed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
All design consultancy services and deliverables are non-refundable, as they are customized specifically for each client.
Any refund, if considered, shall be solely at the discretion of Zuhouz on a case-to-case basis and shall not create any obligation or precedent.
Zuhouz does not facilitate or process payments for furniture, décor items, materials, or third-party vendors. Any such transactions, if undertaken by the client independently, are governed solely by the respective vendor's policies.
